Chops, Tatos, and Corn

Old meal. I am just being able to blog it. I guess I should say I am just now wanting to blog it. As you may know, I do not measure as I cook unless I am following a recipe. After I have done it a few times I tend to go at it on my own because I may want less or more of a specific flavor.

INGREDIENTS: Family pack of pork chops (I have a family of 6.)

8 red potatoes (cut in half short wise then cut into quarters)

1 bag of corn steamers (found in the frozen veggie section)

Ms. Dash seasoning

Oil for frying

Add oil to skillet for frying. Heat oil. Season chops with the Dash. Fry chops.

While chops are frying, I wash and cut potatoes and put them into the steamer. Season with the Dash and steam for 20 minutes. DO NOT put them on the bottom rack. They will be mush from the water below.

There is no bread for this meal because I forgot to grab them while I was at the store.

The last thing you do is steam the corn. Pop the bag in the microwave and voila – steamed butter corn. Yummy.

I drank Orange juice with mine because that is what I felt like drinking at the moment.

All done

Notice, I didn’t mention salt. No salt added to this meal. Until the next meal, Scheryka.
